Embark on a seven-day journey from Bangkok to Chiang Mai, where you’ll immerse yourself in Thailand’s rich heritage. Start your adventure in Bangkok, then head to Ayutthaya and Sukhothai to explore the country’s ancient ruins. Continue your trip to the Golden Triangle to discover its unique attractions, and finish in Chiang Mai, a charming city known for its historical sites and beautiful temples. The journey concludes with a memorable day at the Elephant Sanctuary, where you’ll walk through lush forests and encounter magnificent creatures. This incredible tour promises exciting experiences and breathtaking scenery along the way.

Arrival at Bangkok Airport. After arrival, guests will be received and transferred to the hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight accommodation provided.

After breakfast, embark on a half-day excursion to explore some of Bangkok’s most iconic landmarks. The tour begins at Wat Traimit Temple, home to the world’s largest solid gold Buddha statue. After passing through Chinatown, we head to Wat Pho, the magnificent royal temple complex, which features a 46-meter-long Reclining Buddha and the tombs (chedis) of the kings.

The tour concludes with a visit to the Grand Palace, a stunning example of Siamese architecture that once served as the residence of the Thai kings.

After breakfast, depart for a visit to the fascinating archaeological park of Ayutthaya. Explore its most iconic temples, including Wat Chaiwathanaram and Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, both of which offer impressive insights into the ancient city’s grandeur.

In the afternoon, we travel to Lopburi, one of Thailand’s oldest cities, where we’ll visit the unique and lively Temple of the Monkeys (Prang Sam Yod – The Sacred Pagoda). This 13th-century Khmer temple is home to a large population of monkeys and is a truly distinctive experience.

Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing our journey to Phitsanulok, the provincial capital, renowned for its natural beauty and serene surroundings.

After breakfast, we proceed with a visit to the Sukhothai Historical Park. Next, we have the option to take a bicycle ride to see the magnificent White Buddha at Wat Sri Chum (Temple of the Sacred Tree). The Buddha’s hand, covered in gold leaf and resting on its knee, is a sacred site deeply revered by the locals.

In the afternoon, we head to Chiang Rai, making a scenic stop at the picturesque Phayao Lake, located in the valley of the Ing River. Afterward, enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing our drive to Chiang Rai.

After breakfast, we begin the day with a visit to the renowned Wat Rong Khun, also known as the White Temple, a stunning and unique contemporary Buddhist temple. Following this, we head to “Sop Ruak,” the site of the famous Golden Triangle, where the borders of Laos, Burma, and Thailand meet. From the top of a hill, we’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the Mekong River and its tributary, the Ruak River, which forms a triangular border between the three countries.

Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. Afterward, we embark on a 3-hour drive to Chiang Mai, where we will arrive and transfer to the hotel for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we head out in the mid-morning to explore the orchid farm and its beautiful butterfly farm.

Enjoy lunch at the orchid farm. Following lunch, we visit the Elephant Sanctuary and the Village of the Giraffe Women. In the afternoon, we transfer to the Chiang Mai train station to board the train to Bangkok. Overnight accommodation will be on the train.

Arrive at Bangkok train station around 6:50 AM. Upon arrival, you will be greeted and transferred to the hotel. Enjoy free time until check-in. Overnight accommodation provided.
