Upon your arrival at Kathmandu’s Tribhuvan International Airport, our friendly representative will greet you with a warm welcome. You will then be escorted to your hotel in the city center in a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle. The rest of the day will be yours to unwind and explore at your leisure.

In the evening, a special “Welcome Dinner” will be hosted for you at a charming traditional Nepalese restaurant, where you can enjoy authentic and delicious Nepalese cuisine.

On the second day, your tour begins with a delightful stroll around the stunning Kathmandu Durbar Square, the cultural, social, and religious heart of the city. This historic complex, built by the ancient Malla Kings between the 12th and 18th centuries, is home to several fascinating landmarks, including the Gaddi Baithak, the statue of King Pratap Malla, Taleju Temple, Nautalle Durbar, Kal Bhairab (the God of Destruction), Coronation Nasal Chowk, Jagannath Temple, and the Big Bell and Drum, among others.

Next, you’ll visit Swayambhunath, also known as the “Monkey Temple,” one of Kathmandu’s oldest and most mysterious religious sites. Located just 2 km west of the city, Swayambhunath offers a panoramic view of the Kathmandu Valley, and on clear days, you can see the majestic Himalayan range in the distance.

Your journey continues to Pashupatinath, one of the holiest spiritual sites in the world dedicated to Lord Shiva. Often referred to as the “Temple of Living Beings,” Pashupatinath attracts devotees from Nepal and India, who come to worship Pashupati. The temple is especially lively during the Shivratri festival, a celebration of Lord Shiva, when thousands of pilgrims gather to participate.

After a full day of exploration, return to your hotel in Kathmandu for an overnight stay.

For those seeking an early adventure, there’s an optional Everest Mountain Flight, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayan peaks, glaciers, and lakes from the sky.

On the 3rd day, your journey takes you from Kathmandu to Nagarkot. First, you will head to Patan, located just 4 km from Kathmandu. Patan is famous for its bustling Durbar Square, renowned as the finest collection of palaces and temples in all of Nepal, with intricate carvings that capture the essence of the region’s architectural beauty. The square is surrounded by shops selling a variety of souvenirs and treasures, making it a popular stop for travelers. Within the square, you’ll find three main courtyards: Keshab Narayan Chowk, Sundari Chowk, and the central Mul Chowk.

After exploring Patan Durbar Square, you’ll continue your journey to Nagarkot, located 34 km northeast of Kathmandu. Nagarkot is one of the most picturesque destinations in Nepal, offering stunning panoramic views of the Himalayan range, including Mount Everest at an altitude of 2,715 meters, as well as peaks towering above 7,500 meters.

You’ll spend the night in a hotel in Nagarkot, enjoying the serene beauty of the area.

Wake up early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over Mount Everest from Nagarkot, capturing a truly special moment. After soaking in the views, return to your hotel for a delicious breakfast to start your day.

Following your memorable time in Nagarkot, you’ll head to Bhaktapur, the third of the ancient city-states in the Kathmandu Valley. Bhaktapur is a beautiful example of traditional Nepalese architecture and showcases the incredible craftsmanship of the Malla Dynasty (1201–1769). The city is home to three distinct squares: Dattatreya Square, Durbar Square, and Taumadhi Square. Often called the “Town of the Worshippers,” Bhaktapur offers a deep dive into Nepal’s rich cultural heritage.

In the afternoon, you’ll visit Boudhanath, one of the most important Buddhist stupas in the world. Standing at 131 feet, it is the largest stupa in the Kathmandu Valley. The stupa’s unique design features all-seeing eyes painted in white, blue, and red on each of its four sides. Surrounded by hundreds of small Buddha images, prayer flags, and prayer wheels, Boudhanath is a serene and spiritual site.

After a day full of sightseeing, return to your hotel in Kathmandu for an overnight stay.

This morning, embark on a journey by car to Bandhavgarh (250 km / 7 hours). Known for its famous white tigers, Bandhavgarh is a National Park with a historic fort at its center. Surrounded by hills, forests, and mountains, the park is home to a variety of wildlife, including Rhesus Macaques, Jungle Cats, Hyenas, Nilgai, and many more. With diverse ecosystems, the park boasts over 22 species of animals and more than 250 species of birds. Upon arrival in Bandhavgarh, check in at your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
