TRUSTED TRAVEL AGENCY – FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS
The following Terms and Conditions govern the agreement between you, the customer, and us, ” FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS By booking a tour with us, you agree to be bound by them. Please take the time to read them carefully to ensure that you fully understand them before booking a trip with us.
RESERVATION
- Upon receiving your booking request, one of the experienced travel consultants at FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS will assist you in creating a pleasant travel plan according to your requirements and special interests within 24 hours.
- A 30% deposit of the tour cost is required at the time of booking. Upon receiving your deposit, we will secure your reservation. However, for larger groups, the deposit will be higher based on supplier rates, such as hotels, airlines, etc.
- We strongly recommend booking your tour at least 45 days before your preferred departure date to avoid disappointment. Full payment is required 30 days before departure. To secure your reservation, you may need to pay a higher deposit amount or make an advance balance payment during peak season.
- Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation letter including proposed flights, hotels, and a detailed itinerary. If any conditions change after your confirmation, FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS reserves the right to make adjustments and offer you similar alternatives.
- NOTE: Special conditions may apply to some promotions. Please check the specific terms and conditions displayed on promotional pages.
PAYMENT POLICY’S
We currently offer three payment methods:
- Credit card
- Bank transfer (wire transfer)
- PayPal
NOTE:
- Your travel consultant will email you a detailed payment guide. The full payment must be settled by the bank before the scheduled departure date (or on any optional date by mutual agreement); otherwise, all reservations will be automatically cancelled.
- Any bank charges imposed by the sender’s bank for your payment must be covered by you. (Please check your bank about commissions before paying)
- A minimum deposit of 25% of the total cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the start date of the services.
- For bookings made within 15 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Note: For peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, New Year, Pushkar Fair, Diwali) or special train journeys, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Fraud Alert
FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS employees or agents will never request your card details, including CVV, Net Banking credentials, OTP, or password. We will not ask you to transfer funds to personal accounts or install third-party apps like Any Desk or TeamViewer. If you encounter such requests, report them immediately to director@feliztravels.com FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable for any losses incurred due to such fraudulent activities.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your tour, you must submit your cancellation request in writing. Fees will be calculated based on the date we receive your written cancellation request.
All payments for travel services not provided to the passenger will be refunded according to these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with FELIZ’s cancellation policy.
CANCELLATION FEES WILL BE CALCULATED AS FOLLOWS:
- No less than 45 days before the scheduled departure date: 10% of the total payment per person.
- 45 to 15 days before the scheduled departure date: 20% of the total payment per person.
- 14 to 7 days before the scheduled departure date: 50% of the total payment per person.
- 6 to 0 days before the scheduled departure date: 100% of the total payment per person.
- 7 days or less, or no-show: No refund.
Additional Notes:
- For peak seasons (20th December to 15th January) and festival periods (Diwali, Dussehra, Holi, Pushkar Fair, etc.), cancellations will result in no refund, irrespective of the notice period.
Additionally, extra cancellation fees imposed by service providers other than FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS (such as banks, payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, rail companies, etc.) will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Traveler substitutions are considered booking cancellations and are subject to the above cancellation fees.
Once the trip has begun, we cannot refund any amount for unused services (including but not limited to hotels, flight or train tickets, meals, entrance fees) due to early departure, late arrival, or missed days on the tour.

ITINERARY ALTERATION
Before your confirmation, modifications can be made free of charge. However, after confirmation, any changes will be subject to a USD 25.00 fee per modification. Changing the departure date or destination may result in cancellation fees.
All changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed. FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS reserves the right to modify your itinerary if necessary due to flight schedules, transportation changes, or events beyond our control. Any increase or decrease in trip costs will be calculated and charged/refunded accordingly.
If you request a modification, you will be responsible for any additional costs.
Identification Requirements
Guests must provide valid photo ID documents during booking confirmation:
- Foreign Nationals: Passport and Visa.
- Non-Resident Indians (NRI): Passport.
- Overseas Indian Clients (OCI/PIO): Passport and OCI/PIO card.
- Domestic Clients: Driving License, Voter ID, or Passport.
Note: A Visa is mandatory for all foreign nationals traveling to India. Check the Visa on Arrival details at Visa Online.
Arrival and Departure Policy
- Check-In: Between 12:00 PM and 3:00 PM (early check-in subject to availability).
- Check-Out: Between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (late check-out subject to availability and additional charges).
Extra Vehicle Usage
Costs for extra vehicle usage beyond the specified itinerary (e.g., additional transfers or extended sightseeing) are not included in the service and will incur additional charges.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
A valid passport (minimum of 6 months validity) is required for travel to all countries in our program. The responsibility for accurate documentation, passport validity, and document submission rests with you. FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS accepts no liability for any failure in this regard.
You must clearly provide your full name as it appears on your passport. Otherwise, we are not responsible for delays or transport failures. Additionally, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance in advance for your protection.
MEDICAL CONDITIONS
You must inform us in writing at the time of booking if you have any physical, emotional, or mental conditions requiring professional attention during travel or if you require special equipment.
If you need a wheelchair, you must provide your own small, foldable wheelchair. However, not all our trips are wheelchair-accessible. We cannot guarantee wheelchair assistance at international destinations.
FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS reserves the right to deny participation to any travellers whose condition, in our opinion, may affect the health, safety, or enjoyment of others.
WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE WOMEN WHO ARE 6 MONTHS OR MORE PREGNANT.
You are responsible for verifying government travel advisories, safety conditions, vaccinations, and health requirements for the countries you intend to visit.
INSURANCE
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance before departure to cover unforeseen inconveniences, including lost or damaged luggage, flight delays, or cancellations, etc.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The liability of FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS and its affiliates is strictly limited. FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS will not be liable for any illegal or negligent act, omission, or failure of any supplier, including those providing land, air, or water transportation, sightseeing tours, accommodation, or third-party services.
By using these travel services, you agree to hold suppliers responsible for any accidents, injuries, property damage, or personal losses. Neither FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS nor its representatives are responsible.
FELIZ TOURS & TRAVELS is not responsible for:
- Acts of God, war, civil unrest, strikes, criminal activities, terrorism, overbooking, flight or transport failures, natural disasters, or any cause beyond our control.
- Theft or loss of valuables due to negligence.
- Non-compliance with customs regulations.
- Any criminal act by clients in the visited country.
FORCE MAJEURE
Compensation does not apply when our contract is affected by risks beyond our control, such as war, labor disputes, terrorism, natural disasters, severe weather, airport congestion, airline schedule changes, or similar events.
COMPLAINTS & CLAIMS
If you are dissatisfied with any service provided by FELIZ TRAVELS ASIA, please inform your local tour guide or travel consultant immediately.
If you wish to file a complaint or claim compensation, you must notify us via email or phone within 15 days of your tour completion. Please include receipts and relevant proof to support your claim.
Special Notes
- Terms and conditions for specific destinations (e.g., Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep) will be provided separately.
- Group bookings and helicopter yatras will have their own terms, communicated on a case-by-case basis.
- Luxury train journeys (e.g., Palace on Wheels, Maharajas’ Express) will follow distinct terms and conditions shared as needed.
- After we’ve given you the price for your trip, if the government increases any fees (like entrance fees to monuments, taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges), you’ll have to pay the extra cost.
- Tusk Travel acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We’re not responsible for things they do.
- The trip plans we give you are just examples. Things like weather, road conditions, and how easily people can walk might mean we have to change the plan. We can change the plan to keep everyone safe and comfortable.
- Our prices are based on the prices we’ve agreed on with hotels and airlines. These prices can change without notice. If they change, we might have to change the price we quoted you. Hotel bookings are based on normal hotel check-in and check-out times.
- We are not responsible for delays, changes to the trip, or extra costs caused by things like:
- Natural disasters (like earthquakes or floods)
- Flight cancellations
- Accidents
- Broken equipment
- Bad weather
- Sickness
- Road closures
- Political problems
- Other unexpected events
- We are also not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to people or their belongings caused by any of these things.
- We don’t have insurance to cover accidents, sickness, theft, or other problems. We recommend you get travel insurance in your home country. You are responsible for your belongings at all times.
- If you’re traveling to India from another country (except Nepal and Bhutan), you need a passport that’s valid for at least 6 months and a valid visa. Getting your passport and visa is not included in the trip cost.
- If you have a contagious disease, you cannot travel with us. If we find out during the trip that you have a contagious disease, you will have to leave the trip and make your own arrangements to get home.
